I love nature and trees and mushrooms. This tree in my yard has mushrooms growing right into it. I'm not sure how healthy this might be for this tree but I thought it looked interesting.

robbin~hoping you are feeling OK as you read this...those nasty mushroom are pretty but not good for your tree, btw...they are parasitic but might not kill it, I don't know but would ask an arborist about them...

so how are YOU?

Here's hoping you are feeling well today.

Also, I have a question. When you are at the treatment center, do you have to sit still for all that time, or can you move around? I'd be really miserable if I had to lie still that long. Do you get a break for lunch, potty breaks? I shouldn't be nosey, but inquiring minds want to know.

Hi Linda, I got through the treatment today fine. I figured those mushrooms weren't good for the tree!

Shirley, you can ask me anything anytime, I'm an open book here, lol.
I am feeling ok for now, and tomorrow I'll post about the treatment details and answer your questions. It may even help someone who happens upon my blog who is about to start chemo and is curious. I know I searched and searched.

Just a note to say "Hi there." And to let you know I'm thinking of you. I haven't forgotten that I owe you my background story. I'll do that in the near future. I will tell you that it all begins with the Mountain Meadow Massacre (happened in Utah)during the California Gold Rush.

Hope this finds you feeling good and having a good day.

ok, Mary, you're making me more and more curious here, I can't wait. My treatment went well and I am feeling good so far. The first few days usually are pretty good so I'll enjoy them while I have them.
