I went out and gathered my breakfast this morning. Fresh egg, just picked tomato and figs. I didn't get up and bake the bread but that was the only thing not fresh.
It was really good Linda, and Kelly, I wish you could come down here and experience eating the figs right from the tree. That's how they taste the best to me, and I just eat them, peel and all, my mom breaks them open and only eats the insides. When I was little my Grandmother made fig preserves, which I hated! In fact I didn't like figs at all until a few years ago. Funny how your taste can change.
