Happy July 4th

I'm working today and then I think my parents are cooking ribs or something like that, I'm sure there will be food when I get off work of which I'm invited to share. Our store closes at four so it's not such a long day.

I had an ok night, very sore and I was up a few times but this morning there is already a big improvement and I think I'll be fine at work. Hopefully just Advil will be all I'll need as I sure can't take that pain med and work. They told me I could work today as long as I didn't lift or pull and that sort of thing.

And so I wish for all of you a happy holiday and hope you have lots of good food and fellowship with family & friends and I hope we all take the time to count our blessings that we live in a country that is proud and free.
