I Got that Done

That was pretty easy and you know what? It is amazing to me that they can put this foreign object in your body, hook it up to a vein, and just cover it up and you can walk around with it without anyone having a clue.

Kind of makes me wonder what people are walking around implanted in them that I don't know about.

I was at the hospital probably three hours, the procedure took less than an hour, maybe an hour but not more. I was awake the whole time but don't remember much about it.

I am a little sore, got some pain pills if it hurts, and I'm good to go.

Thanks to those of you who were sending me prayers and good vibrations. I get them you know. I feel them in my soul.

Robbin, I'm glad things went well.

I love the star gazers in the previous post. Are those at your Mom's? I have some here, but they are not yet in bloom.

hugs,
Aisling

Yes Aisling, they are my mother's and she was so funny this afternoon. They don't bloom every year but when she noticed that they would this year she's been anxiously awaiting. She's been so tied up with me for the past few days she didn't realize until this afternoon that they had blossomed. She calls me and says, "I wish you felt like bringing your camera up" and of course I did. They are beautiful for sure.

Oh and Aisling, I forgot to tell you thank you for being glad all went well. I'm sore tonight, those pain pills knocked me out about eight thirty and now here I am awake at almost one in the morning hurting but another pill and I should sleep the rest of the night, and I hope by morning the soreness won't be so great.
